- press the 'Start' button
- now start your training, while the app is talking to you continually...
- press 'Stop' when you have finished the training
set length: 30 seconds, report interval: 5 seconds:
0 - 5 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 0 - 5 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 0 - 5 ...
when you start the training for instance at point '10' then you can pause at the next '10' and you will have done 30 seconds.
Now you make your break and continue your training at any convenient point, for instance '25',
which means you can break again at '25', and so on...
